What shipping courier do you use?
Our preferred carrier is Australia Post & Star Track for larger items (registered/signature required)

Do we have to pay at when placing an order?
No. We know that your time is precious and schools need to gain approval via their finance department. Your order will generate a pro-forma invoice which will be emailed to you within 24hours. You need to confirm this by providing a reference or purchase order number. Once the order is confirmed we will start production. An invoice will be issued when the order is ready to dispatch. Invoice terms are 14 days from dispatch of order. We also accept credit card.

How long will it take to make my order?
Turn around time averages 2-3 weeks depending on the item. Custom designs may take longer depending on complexity. We will keep you updated on the progress of your order. Express post is available. If you require your order urgently please contact us and we will assist you if we can.

What happens if goods arrive damaged?
We endeavour to package your order appropriately so it reaches you in excellent condition. Sometimes orders are damaged during transit and we understand this. Simply reach out to us and we will work with you to replace or remedy any damage.

What happens if the engraving is incorrect?
Please take care to double check spelling, punctuation including capital letters before confirming your order. If you need to clarify any information with us, please contact us immediately. If the mistake is ours, we will remedy it, if it is yours?....well lets try not to have that happen.

What are your products made of?
Tallgum products are made from locally sourced and sustainable 3 to 4mm premium ply and bamboo. The timbers and bamboo are a natural material and variations to colour, grain and thickness is possible between products.

Most of our products have a small Tallgum logo sticker on the back.
